Description
The Anaesthesia Machine (777) is a modern anaesthesia delivery system built on a rigid tubular section trolley frame available in either powder-coated mild steel or stainless steel, designed to provide durability, hygiene, and smooth operation in surgical environments. It comes with a capacious drawer for keeping anaesthesia kits and accessories, an extended rear platform to accommodate two 10-litre water-cap cylinders, and a hook for breathing circuits along with a wipe-clean stainless steel top for maximum hygiene. The machine moves easily on large 125 mm roller bearings with antistatic castors and brakes for stability. Its top tray is positioned at eye level to keep monitoring equipment within easy reach. At the core, the unitized rota meter block with luminous back plate, colour-coded knobs, and fine adjustment controls ensures precision gas flow, offering oxygen flow from 100 cc/min to 10 L/min and nitrous oxide flow from 200 cc/min to 12 L/min, with downstream receipt of oxygen adjustable up to 12 L/min. It features a gold man type vaporizer for halothane with provision for mounting up to three vaporizers, a non-return cum blow-off valve to prevent pressure build-up beyond 200 cm water column, and a 60 psi outlet for ventilator or driving connections. The machine allows circuit versatility with options to change over between open and closed circuits, includes pin-indexed yokes for two oxygen and two nitrous oxide cylinders, 63 mm diameter colour-coded gauges placed at convenient angles for clarity, and high-efficiency regulators in duplicate for reliability. Supplied with one Bain circuit, it is equipped with essential safety systems such as an emergency oxygen flush at table level delivering 35–60 L/min, an audible alarm for oxygen pressure failure, and automatic nitrous oxide shut-off if oxygen fails. With a robust build and comprehensive safety systems, the AM-777 delivers precise, safe, and reliable anaesthesia suitable for all types of hospital operating theatres.
