Description
The blender supports a flow rate range of 0 to 30 liters per minute, with continuous and direct adjustment of oxygen concentration parameters without the need for manual calculation or reference to conversion charts during clinical use. The aluminium body with special alloy material construction and anodic oxidation surface treatment provides durability and resistance to the operational demands of continuous hospital pipeline gas management environments. An unbalanced supply gas pressure alarm system is incorporated within the device to alert clinical staff in the event of a pressure imbalance between the oxygen and air supply inputs, supporting safe operational monitoring during active use. The 22mm outlet connectivity supports standard compatibility with commonly used respiratory therapy interfaces and breathing circuits in hospital settings.
The AD Series blender is designed for long service life with a maintenance-free operational profile and no consumable material requirements during routine use, contributing to reduced ongoing operational costs for hospital respiratory therapy departments. The device can be optionally configured with a flow meter or inhaler attachment to extend its functional application within the respiratory care setup. Expansion compatibility with bubble CPAP systems and the option for double output configuration provide additional flexibility for specialized neonatal and respiratory care unit requirements. Air Oxygen Blender is intended for use and installation by trained biomedical engineers and clinical respiratory therapy personnel only, in accordance with applicable hospital medical gas system operation, installation, and safety guidelines and standards.
