The LEW-150 Air Curtain is designed to create an effective invisible air barrier between air-conditioned cleanrooms and unconditioned open areas, preventing the entry of dust, insects, fumes, and unfiltered air. It generates a high-speed downward airflow of up to 15 meters per second, forming a continuous air curtain that maintains internal cleanliness while allowing unrestricted movement of people and materials.
By preventing air exchange between different environments, the LEW-150 Air Curtain significantly reduces energy loss, helping maintain temperature stability and lowering air-conditioning costs. The unit is constructed with a heavy-gauge CRC steel outer body, duly powder coated for durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The air curtain is powered by a heavy-duty continuous-rating double shaft motor fitted with dual high-performance blowers, ensuring uniform airflow distribution across the entire door width. This design delivers a strong, consistent air layer that performs efficiently even in high-traffic industrial, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.
