The LEW-141 Aerosol Disinfector is a portable, highly efficient sterilization solution designed to eliminate harmful microorganisms, including resistant spores, from enclosed environments. Engineered to replace conventional fumigation methods, this unit significantly reduces sterilization time while ensuring deep penetration and prolonged exposure of disinfectant particles, resulting in 100% effective sterilization.
The system instantly converts liquid formalin or disinfectant solutions into true aerosol particles with high aerodynamic stability. These ultra-fine droplets remain suspended in the air for extended periods, allowing them to reach inaccessible corners and surfaces, ensuring a germ-free, bacteria-free environment. With its powerful high-speed motor and aerodynamically balanced blades, the LEW-141 guarantees dropless fumigation for safe and uniform disinfection.
Constructed entirely from SS-304 stainless steel, the unit is fully corrosion-resistant and built for long-term reliability. A single unit is capable of sterilizing areas up to 250 cubic meters (9000 cubic feet) within 30 to 60 minutes, making it ideal for laboratories, hospitals, operation theaters, pharmaceutical units, clean rooms, animal houses, and research facilities. The unit operates on a standard 220/230V AC power supply, ensuring easy installation and portability.
