The 5 Function Linear Actuator System with Dual Control (Patient Remote + Nurse Panel) is designed for advanced hospital and ICU bed applications, providing precise and independent adjustment of the backrest, leg rest, bed height, tilt, and Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg positions. This system features dual control access, allowing both patients and healthcare professionals to operate bed adjustments conveniently through a patient handset remote and a nurse control panel. Powered by a 24V DC supply with a 60 W actuator rating, the system delivers smooth, stable, and low-noise performance (≤ 54 dB) to enhance patient comfort while ensuring efficient operation for medical staff. Built-in limit switches and overload protection provide additional safety and reliability, while the wired communication system ensures consistent control. With a 20% duty cycle and dependable operation within 0°C to 50°C temperature and 10% to 90% non-condensing humidity, the system is suitable for demanding healthcare environments.Variant 1 features a 100 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 100 mm to 288 mm, supporting a maximum load of 6000 N at a speed of 4 mm/s. It is ideal for standard hospital and ICU beds requiring reliable lifting capacity and precise positioning.Variant 2 provides an extended 150 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 150 mm to 325 mm, maintaining a 6000 N load capacity at 4 mm/s. This variant offers greater flexibility in bed positioning and improved adjustment range for enhanced patient comfort.
Variant 3 (CPR Compatible) is optimized for rapid bed adjustments during emergency situations, featuring a 150 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 150 mm to 349 mm. Operating at a higher speed of 8 mm/s with a 4000 N load capacity, it enables quick repositioning and supports CPR-compatible configurations for critical care environments.
