Description
This 5-function hospital-bed linear actuator system is engineered for advanced hospital, ICU, and home-care applications, delivering precise and independent control of backrest, leg rest, bed height adjustment, tilt, and Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg positions. Designed for smooth, stable, and low-noise performance (≤ 54 dB), the system enhances patient comfort while supporting safe and efficient caregiver operation. Powered by 24V DC with a 60 W actuator rating, all variants feature wired manual control via a patient handset remote, along with a control box and integrated safety protections including built-in limit switches and overload protection. With a 20% duty cycle and reliable operation across 0°C to 50°C and 10% to 90% non-condensing humidity, the system ensures dependable hospital-grade performance.
Variant 1 offers a 100 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 100 mm to 288 mm, supporting a maximum load of 6000 N at 4 mm/s. It is ideal for standard five-function hospital beds requiring precise positioning and strong lifting capacity.
Variant 2 provides an extended 150 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 150 mm to 325 mm, maintaining a 6000 N load capacity at 4 mm/s. This variant enables greater vertical movement and enhanced flexibility for advanced adjustable bed systems and ICU applications.
Variant 3 (CPR Compatible) features a 150 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 150 mm to 349 mm, optimized for faster adjustment at 8 mm/s with a load capacity of 4000 N. Designed for emergency and critical care environments, it allows rapid bed positioning and supports CPR-compatible configurations for quick response situations.
