Description
This 3-function hospital-bed linear actuator system is available in two variants, enabling you to select the configuration that best matches your bed adjustment requirements. Both variants are designed to provide independent control of the head/back-rest, leg-rest, and bed height or tilt functions, ensuring smooth, quiet, and precise linear motion for enhanced patient comfort and improved caregiver ergonomics. Operating on a 24V DC power supply with a 60 W actuator rating, the system supports a high load capacity of 6000 N and delivers a stable speed of 4 mm/s for controlled and reliable movement. Built-in limit switches and overload protection enhance operational safety, while the wired control unit and handset ensure simple and dependable manual operation for both hospital and home-care bed applications.
Variant 1 features a 100 mm stroke length with a compact full-length range of 100 mm to 288 mm, making it ideal for standard adjustment requirements where precise positioning and space efficiency are important.
Variant 2 offers an extended 150 mm stroke length with a full-length range of 150 mm to 325 mm, providing a wider adjustment range for greater flexibility in bed positioning and improved patient support.
Both variants maintain quiet operation with noise levels ≤ 54 dB, a 20% duty cycle, and reliable performance within operating temperatures of 0°C to 50°C and humidity levels of 10% to 90% (non-condensing), making them dependable, hospital-grade solutions for modern adjustable bed systems.
