Description
This dual-function hospital-bed linear actuator system is available in two variants, allowing you to choose the configuration that best suits your bed adjustment requirements. Both variants are designed to provide independent control of the back-rest and leg-rest sections, ensuring smooth, quiet, and precise linear motion for enhanced patient comfort and caregiver convenience. The system operates on a 24V DC power supply with a 60 W rating, supports a high load capacity of 6000 N, and features a speed of 4 mm/s for stable and controlled movement. Built-in limit switches and overload protection ensure safe and reliable performance, while the wired control unit and handset offer simple and dependable manual operation for both hospital and home-care bed applications.
Variant 1 features a 100 mm stroke length with a compact full length range of 100 mm to 288 mm, making it suitable for standard bed adjustment needs where precise and quiet movement is required.
Variant 2 offers an extended 150 mm stroke length with a full length range of 150 mm to 325 mm, providing a wider adjustment range for enhanced bed positioning and improved patient comfort.
Both variants deliver quiet operation with noise levels ≤ 54 dB, a 20% duty cycle, and reliable performance across operating temperatures of 0°C to 50°C and humidity levels of 10% to 90% (non-condensing), making them ideal, hospital-grade solutions for modern adjustable bed systems.
