Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct.

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact the recipient.

Hospkart is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of recipient, or force majeure events.

6. International Shipping
Currently, Hospkart ships only within India. International shipping will be announced in the future.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or missing, customers must notify Hospkart within 48 hours of delivery.

Hospkart will coordinate with courier partners to resolve claims of lost or undelivered shipments.

Replacement/refund eligibility will be processed under our Return & Refund Policy.
